This is for the cruise only. You are responsible for transportation to the port of call and any pre-cruise hotels along with taxes and onboard costs and any excursions you pick. The taxes will range depending on the cruise but in 2016 they were up to $151 per person.

If shipment of your item is required, shipping and handling charges will apply and be billed to your account. Local pick-up can be arranged, in lieu of shipping.
