Welcome to the Forever Fork "Family"! If your fork head gets damaged in the 1st year of use, we will send you a new fork head free. To receive a free fork head, you must register your fork within 60 days of purchase. If you forget or are unable to register it, replacement heads are available for purchase for $15 (usually $25).
