Erik Owens, Vice President of American Distilling Institute (a trade association promoting craft distilling) and a Valhalla dad, is offering a guided spirits tasting for 6-8 people at your house or location of your choosing. You decide if you would like the tasting to be brandy (Cognac, Armagnac, Calvados and US Brandy) or whiskey (Bourbon, Rye and American Single Malt). Erik will call you to gauge your spirits preferences, will show up with 5 curated bottles for you to taste and keep ranging from local craft distilleries to large national/international brands, and will bring a few more tastes from his personal collection. In addition to working for ADI, Erik is a spirits judge and will talk in detail about the spirit class and the people/companies who produce the spirits.
