Why should canning be your new hobby?

Home-canned foods are delicious, make the most thoughtful gifts and are so simple to make (if you’re lucky enough to get this fantastic auction basket!).

Canning at home also avoids the additives, preservatives and potentially harmful BPAs found in commercially canned foods, and can reduce your environmental impact by using seasonal, locally sourced fruits and veggies and reusable glass jars.
