Looking for a unique yoga experience? Enjoy a 60-minute horse yoga class (valued at $75). Yoga with Horses focuses on building trust between horse and rider. The class begins with Pranayama (breathing exercises), which is useful in riding, and then proceeds with mounted asana (poses) that focus on building core strength, balance, flexibility, self-carriage, and centeredness. Class is taught by Angie Nunez, an RYT-200 (200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher) and a lifelong horsewoman.
