Honeoye Falls Distillery was founded in the summer of 2013 over a glass of rye whiskey. Just a short drive from Rochester, NY The small, picturesque town of Honeoye Falls was the ideal location for a New York State Farm Distillery. Through our partnerships with dedicated guardians of our local bounty, HFD proudly crafts unique, high quality spirits that showcase the rich agricultural history of our region.

In 2016, the doors were opened to the Bar and Lounge – featuring thoughtfully crafted cocktails and a full spread of locally sourced foods. Here, we serve both creative and classic dishes made by our award-winning staff, using only the freshest selections from our region’s local harvest.
