We are proud to offer our members the absolute best in fitness and wellness programs, including everything from Pilates, indoor cycling and cutting-edge group exercise classes, to small group training with certified fitness professionals. 

At our club, we ensure that every member feels comfortable and has the knowledge to participate. We are happy to offer every new member two complimentary Personal Coaching Sessions. This is an invaluable opportunity to get advice from an expert, plus learn the correct way to use each piece of equipment. This session is tailored to meet the needs of each individual, so please contact our Personal Training Manager, to find out more and book your first appointment today. 

In addition, the club offers a complimentary fitness program for all club members. Fit in 15 is a 15-minute exercise program that covers four different fitness exercises and is facilitated by one of our Personal Trainers or Fitness Coaches. Each workout includes exercise instruction with BOSU Balls, the Exercise Ladder, Gliding Discs, as well as other total body conditioning elements. Offered Monday through Friday throughout the day.
