This certificate entitles one 2019 FHST Membership fee valued at $325. The 2019 swim season runs from April 2019-August 2019. Please note this voucher is towards Forest Hills Swim Team (FHST) and not Forest Hills Aquatic Pool (FHAP). If you are not a FHAP member there will be an additional non-FHAP member fee of $70. This voucher is not redeemable for cash. Redemption value is not to exceed $325. This is for new members only and is not for use by returning team members.
