Yoga Class

Each winner may invite 3 friends.
The class includes a heart-centered theme, breathwork, yoga sequences, a spirited cooperative game and a time for rest.
Your child is sure to increase mobility & flexibility and leave with a heart full of joy.
Yoga mats and props will be provided.
