Typical architectural fee for a home remodel with an addition in Martinez is no more than $8,000. For all JSE families, the fee is reduced to no more than $5,000. The winner of this auction item will receive the further $2,000 fee reduction. 

 

The architect will also donate
$1000 Cash to John Swett Elementary school when the architectural work with the winning bidder begins.
