Its diameter is 21", and has faux-silk B/W & W/B polka dot fabric binding the brim's edge, around the crown and a large bow in back; white silk / artificial flowers (one each of hydrangea, magnolia, lily-of-the-valley, giant dianthus and dogwood) embellish the the entire brim; there is a size-adjustment tie inside the lower edge of the crown.
