Have your next family gathering at the Center! Grandma's birthday, parents' anniversary, dinner party-- the Issei Memorial Hall (IMH) is the perfect place to throw your party. Have a potluck or cater food from a local restaurant. Your rental includes four full hours in the IMH (set up and clean up time must be included). We'll handle the set up of chairs, tables and even treat you to a cake for up to 25 people! The IMH is the perfect space for family reunions, dance classes, musical performances, film screenings, lectures, luncheons or receptions.
Additional fees apply for the use of the A/V equipment, some restrictions apply and a deposit may be requires. Extra hours may be available at a discounted rate for use over 4 hours.
Special Instructions
Winner is responsible for general clean-up of area used. Deposit may be required for use of some equipment. Event date and time must be mutually agreed upon. Winner must redeem within year of purchase. Cake price is up to $50, with any additional cost being covered by winner.
The winning bidder may pick up the items at the Center during normal business hours, or arrange shipping via U.S. Mail at standard industry rates at the winning bidder’s expense. All items must be claimed within 1 month of notification. Unclaimed items may be placed back up for auction with no refund to the winning bidder.
