At Justin, winemakers combine traditional Old World methods like hand-harvesting and small barrel aging in French Oak, with New World technology.

A blend based on Cabernet Sauvignon supported by Cabernet Franc and Merlot, the 2015 ISOSCELES shows why Paso Robles such a great place to grow these varieties. While the 2015 ISOSCELES projects the cooler nature of this vintage with ripe red and black fruit and structure that could point to keeping a few bottles in the cellar, it’s so good now that you may want to enjoy a bottle or two right away.

Savant, 2015 is rich, with full ripe black fruit, spice, with smoky meaty elements, it’s a wine that lovers of bold wines will love, while still being classy enough to display exquisite table manners, pairing well with a wide variety of food.
