Etagere is formed by three wire baskets, of descending diameters--15", 12" and 9".  The elegant scroll work throughout is fashioned from twisted metal wire.  Standing 21" tall on a three footed pedastel base, the etagere could be placed on the floor, or make a statement on a table top.  Fill it with practical or decorative items, changing with the seasons.
