This set of three small but detailed theorem paintings come from artist Ann Rea of Georgia. Theorem painting, also called theorem stencilling, was first developed in England, and was popular in colonial New England. The artwork begins with the making of a stencil. The stencil is then used to paint the design onto fabric.

These three originals are painted on antiqued velvet.  The set includes:
