This fun birdhouse has a very rustic look created by the textures of the rough bark-side slates used for walls and roof.  Flexible vine is used to create a lattice work "window" at the peak, as well as to add trim to the base and around the fun star-shaped door.  Wooden loop at back makes it ready to hang as a decorative piece indoors.
