Monte De Oro’s wines are crafted to showcase the true varietal character of each grape. Wines are barrel aged in French, European and American oak barrels. All are very limited production and multiple award-winners. You will receive 2 bottles each of:

2014 Simplexity – This is a Meritage blend consisting of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and small amounts of Grenache and Malbec. 99 points, Double-Gold, 2018 California State Fair.

2014 Zinfandel – Full-bodied with ripe, jammy black and blue fruits; Double-Gold, 2018 California State Fair.

2014 Cuvee De Oro Red Wine  – This Rhone blend (Grenache, Mourvedre and Syrah) is light-to-medium bodied with aromas of dried cherries, strawberry shortcake and a nice, subtle spice component .

2014 Cabernet Franc – Full-bodied with aromas of dark cherries and plums complemented by earthiness and oak.

2014 Synergy 65 Owners’ Blend – This is their hallmark red blend that includes Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Zinfandel. Smooth and elegant.

2014 Syrah - Fresh ripe blue and black fruits with a touch of fig. Accents of cocoa bean, clove, anise, red and black peppercorns with a long gripping finish. 94 points, Gold Medal from Tastings.com; sold-out at the winery.
