Director of Culinary Operations Chef Jay C. Veregge works closely with local farmers, fishers and growers to create superb, fresh and seasonal menus. A sample tasting dinner includes:


First course: Seared Diver Scallop


Second course: Seared Foie Gras and Huckleberry


Third course: Smoked Lobster and Sweet Corn


Fourth: Passmore Ranch Steelhead Trout


Fifth: Honey Sponge Cake with Roasted Apricots and Marcona Almonds


Each course will be paired with the appropriate wine. Gratuity is not included. To be arranged for a mutually agreeable date. Holidays and December excluded. Valid until September 30, 2019.
