This modern restaurant and bar, located in San Francisco’s hip and happening Hayes Valley, is inspired by the great Parisian bistro culture and traditions of French cooking.  An exhibition kitchen allows you to witness a brigade of cooks producing impressively authentic fare.

Your exquisite meal may start with Pate de Champagne, enhanced with liver and shallots along with strong mustard, cornichons, and country bread. A Main of Arctic Char Almandine served over a bed of haricot verts and sunchokes.  For dessert, a Tarte au Chocolate with Mint Sherbet.
