A beautiful handmade necklace and set of 8 note cards designed by Special Olympics Rhode Island athlete and artist, Rachel Rasnick.   Rachel represented Special Olympics RI at the 2018 USA Games in Seattle competing in swimming and winning a Silver Medal, Bronze Medal and a 5th Place Ribbon.
