"Like the concept: You select a bowl size then the preparation style, and then add protein & sides. I had the small Japanese Pan Noodles with steak and it was better than expected. It had Udon noodles and vegetables (carrots, mushrooms, broccoli, sprouts and cilantro). The sauce was based on soy, very pleasant. My dish had plenty of meat."
