Get a one-hour private yoga session designed for your unique needs with teacher Elaine Braden at the Yoga Shelter, 6363 Orchard Lake Road, in West Bloomfield, MI.

Elaine began practicing yoga in 2000, and with consistent practice, began to let go of self-doubt, fear, anxiety, and negativity and open herself to self-love, peace, joy, and life. She began praticing yoga as a form of exercise to help relieve herself  from lower back pain due to stress and anxiety. She found it to be such a life-changing experience that she wanted to share the gifts of yoga with others, and began teaching in 2004.

Her intention is to awaken in others the healing power of breath and movement.
