World Class Fishing in Everglades and Biscayne National Parks

Capt. Blanco is a twenty year veteran guide in South Florida, who is on the water over 280 days a year.  He specializes in shallow water sight fishing in two of the world’s greatest fisheries and is an accomplished tournament guide.  He competed for years on the FLW Redfish, Redfish Cup and IFA Redfish Tours, not to mention the numerous highly competitive tournaments in the Florida Keys he routinely guides.

Capt. Blanco is an advocate for Everglades restoration and has become a leader in the fight to repair water issues throughout the State.  His recent efforts lead to the formation of a new conservation based TV show with Florida Sportsman Magazine, that will bring light to the water issues facing Florida today.  He formed and is currently the President of the Everglades Guides Association, where he spearheads the representation of Everglades Guides in Tallahassee, Washington DC and with Everglades Park Officials.
