Applicable sales tax will be added to the total for the winners from the states of CA, CO, FL, GA, MD, MI, MN, and WI. Shipping and handling is $15.95 in the 48 contiguous United States and $34.95 elsewhere. All shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the winner. All items will be shipped out by September 19th. Items will be shipped via FedEx Ground unless winner requests FedEx Express. If FedEx Express is requested additional fees may apply. All items will require a signature for delivery.
