This Harveys' Tote is made with seat belt fabric and measures 14"H x 16" L x 4.5" W.  The company was formed when the Harveys were replacing the seatbelts in their car and decided to make a matching handbag.  Everyone loved it so much, they made more!

The bag is closed by a snap and has two pockets inside, one zippered and one open.  The handles are made of rope.
