The Country Club, a private 18-hole golf course located in Brookline, Massachusetts, is one of the oldest country clubs in the United States. The Club is one of the founding clubs of the United States Golf Association and is a major supporter of golf in the United States. The Country Club has hosted 16 USGA competitions; of these, six were U.S. Amateurs (the most recent in 2013) and three U.S. Opens (1913, 1963, 1988). The Country Club was also host to the 1999 Ryder Cup Matches. And the Club will again host the U.S. Open in 2022.
