I teach you (adults & kids!) to understand the science behind your unique brain process, and the secrets of child development that will bring you a new awareness and a fresh, loving and kinder approach to family dynamics. The art making we do is not about talent or the end result. It is a visual form of communication that provides you a quiet and enjoyable vehicle for stress reduction as well insight into the baggage carried from your own childhood and perhaps the parenting methods you only use because they were modeled by the people who raised you. Art Therapy also provides a catalyst for conversation when the words alone are too hard to form, and a great way to begin when you just don't know where to start.
