Two spots for this yoga class. This is a multi-generational, all levels, class geared towards mamas. The asana (postures) portion is a mixture of flow sequences and restorative poses. The meditation element is geared toward emotions associated with motherhood. Childcare is available at Cate Powell's house, one block from TLY at 1512 Iverson Street, 30307 and the entire class is invited to get to know each other better with brunch after class at Cate's house. $15 covers yoga class, brunch, and childcare! Because of childcare provided to multiple children at multiple ages, we have limited the childcare option to children who are walking. We apologize for this inconvenience and hope to expand our childcare options in the future. Also, for multiple children, the cost per additional child is $5.00.
