Set oceanside on Buzzards Bay this links-like golf course was long thought to be the product of an amateur architect, Frederic Hood, was actually the work of well-known course architect William Flynn, who also designed Shinnecock and Cherry Hills.
The Kittansett Club is ranked number 67 on the Golf Digest 2017-2018 top 100 U.S. Golf Courses list.
