Reservations must be made at least five (5) days in advance

Order can be placed no more than thirty (30) days prior to visit

You can submit a two-week span of dates for ticket pick-up

Tickets must be used on the date that they are printed

Each ticket is valid for one (1) day

Tickets are subject to park specific blockout dates, and additional blockout dates may be added prior to your visit (dates are subject to change, and typically occur during peak periods)

Tickets do not include admission to Universal's Volcano Bay, parking or admission into Universal CityWalk clubs.

Tickets are not valid for separately ticketed events including, but not limited to, Halloween Horror Nights or Rock the Universe
