Dr. Shevonda Sherrow has over 14 years of experience.

She is a forward-thinking and dedicated OB/GYN provider that strives to inspire women to become their own best health advocates and develop a new definition of excellence in women’s healthcare and education. She is passionate about encouraging active learning and continuing education in order to serve my patients with the best services, compassionate health care and resources.  Her vision for Innovative Women’s Health Specialists is based on an open-arms and progressive practice that aligns expectations of women’s healthcare and a range of services to improve patient care and quality.

Dr. Sherrow began at the University of Louisville School of Medicine with a Doctorate of Medicine in 2002.  Then completed her Obstetrics & Gynecology Residency at Brody School of Medicine, University of East Carolina as an Assistant Professor in the Department of OB/GYN.  She is a member of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as a Fellow of American College of Obstetrics & Gynecology.  And if that wasn’t enough, she also speaks multiple languages, including Spanish and basic Arabic.
