BAKING 101: HOMEMADE SOUR DOUGH BREAD
Join La Ballona Garden docent Michelle Weiner, at the “Little Blue House” or your own home for instruction on the basics of baking country sourdough loaves. You will learn about making and keeping sourdough starter and, how to bake fluffy, tasty loaves. You will take home a banneton basket, tea towel, sourdough starter and a baked loaf of yummy sourdough bread.
