Enjoy dinner for two at SAUSAL, located at 219 Main Street in El Segundo - perfect for a date night. The restaurant is named for Rancho Sausal Redondo, the vast farmstead that once encompassed El Segundo and most of the South Bay. Their Nuevo Rancho Cuisine blends traditional Hispanic ingredients with contemporary farmer's market fare - using the foundational elements of Rancho cooking: Wood Fire, Smoke and Slow Roasting.
