This Sauvignon Blanc is carefully manicured to our specifications to produce a wine with the broad array of aromas enhancing the flavors and deepening the characteristics of Sauvignon Blanc.
On the palate this wine is bracingly fresh, and decadently filling the mouth with a mouth-wateringly array of dried tropical fruits, melon and pineapple. This wine is distinctively Sauvignon Blanc, with soft dried herbs, a nice citrus peel and minerality. Delicious, not dry not sweet...absolutely memorable.
