the inspiration for three dog yoga comes from the three dog poses found in our practice…upward-facing dog, downward-facing dog and flipped dog.
up dog and down dog are key traditional postures and flipped dog is a fun variation that encourages openness and joy. this combination of tradition and lightheartedness is the inspiration for the three dog culture and community.

SHIPPING: GIFT CERTIFICATES are available for shipping! We do not ship anything that can not be mailed in an envelope!
ALL OTHER ITEMS MUST BE PICKED up by Wednesday October 17, 2018 or will be donated back to the Sequoia Parents Club.
