From the personal collection of the artist, Mary Nash, is an amber necklace of 39 stones, which was imported from Poland, and it has a metal twist clasp. Amber is a fossilized form of resin, derived from certain extinct coniferous trees. The necklace comes with a wooden, keepsake box, which is inlaid with a chevron pattern, and it has a red velveteen interior lining.
Mary Nash is an internationally exhibited artist, who has won numerous awards. In 2018, Nash's drawings have been included in two international biennials. Although she is rather new at jewelry making, Nash is also familiar with working with beads, buttons, rhinestones and bottle caps in her "Center of the Universe and Bead-O-Rama" environment.

This item can be shipped or picked up at the Attleboro Arts Museum from November 6-10, 2018. The Museum is open Tuesday - Saturday from 10am-5pm. The winning bidder is responsible for all shipping and handling costs. The artist retains all reproduction and copyrights.
