Description

Watercolor

16" x 20" x 1"

Quietly walking through the rhododendron groves of the Heritage Museum and Gardens of Sandwich, MA, I was struck by the amazing colors of the flowers as they played amongst one another. With camera in hand, I attempted to capture the color with the knowledge these moments would next be transferred to a painting evoking the color and peacefulness of my walk.

As a recently retired Social Worker, Sara Chaloux has decided to expand her interest into the art of watercolor. Although not professionally trained, local classes and constant trial and error have allowed continuous exploration of her chosen medium. In the past, photography dominated her artistic inclination which has now become an inspirational avenue to her watercolors.

This Live Event Item offers Absentee Bidding.
