Once you have melted the dirt and makeup via the first cleanse, then you are ready for the second cleanse, our water-activated SOOTHE + SOFTEN CLEANSING EMULSION. During this phase, purifying and toning plant extracts can work much more effectively, cleanse deeper and leave your skin looking its best.
