Juan Carlos and his wife Aracely, are from a small village of farmers in the Jinotega region of Nicaragua. Their farm is mixed in with other vegetables at one of the higher altitudes in the area, 1450 meters. The excellent care given to the plants comes through in their taste. For this coffee you may pick up notes of cherries, a sweet finish and slight acidity. This is definitely one to try.
