Three Japanese native moms, Nozomi Hao (Leo 5th,) Sachiko Rosenfeld (Kent 6th) and Sachiko Eckert (Enzo 7th), will make an assortment of traditional Japanese dishes tailored to your requests. Wine maker extraordinaire David Eckert (Enzo 7th), owner of ZO Wines (www.zowines.com), will personally select and pour wines paired to the menu.
