This bronze Naga Kanya statue is in great condition! She wears a headdress of 5 snakes, has wings and a serpent's body, and holds a conch shell vessel.

Naga Kanya is the daughter of Muchalinda, the King of the Nagas (rain givers and guardians of the waters). In Tibetan Buddhism, Nagakanya is the "Goddess of Three Realms." She is also known as the snake of the rainbow, daughter of the serpent, guardian of treasures, and benevolent goddess of the three realms. 

In Hindu mythology, Nagas are serpentine spirits who reside in the underworld, protecting and offering the teachings of the Mother Goddess. They are said to guard all esoteric and mystical teachings, offering them only to those who come humbly to receive. In turn, they offer protection and gifts to the seeker.
