Aubree is an experienced Licensed Massage Therapist who acquired her Mind Body Wellness Practitioners degree in 2010 from South West Institute of Healing Arts, an accredited school in Tempe, AZ. She specialized in yoga, anatomy, and Thai Massage, with a background in nutrition, ayurvedic practices, and energy healing; Including Reiki, polarity, and healing touch therapy. She incorporates the modalities to better suit the client’s needs, with her yoga and Thai background in mind. She may incorporate deep breathing, intricate stretches, or even mindful meditation within the treatment. Coming from a long line of women who practice energy healing, Aubree intuitively feels the aches and pains of the clients and her hands instinctively guide through each session.
