The Caribou Club opened its doors in 1989 as Aspen’s first private members-only club. Founded by Harley Baldwin, the club offers world class dining, an extensive wine list, and an über-sexy bar and nightclub. During season, the Caribou Club opens at 6:30 p.m. nightly. The DJ starts spinning at 10pm, and the bar and nightclub are open as late as 2am. This gift-certificate entitles the bearer to a three-course meal for four people.
