A Fit3D Posture Scanner Analysis for up to 6 people to assess posture and identify potential issues that may impact mobility. As part of the 3D body surface scan, the Fit3D Pro Scanner includes an assessment of your full body posture, from eyes and ears to feet. The assessment and training sessions will be with Cindy Feltman, certified trainer with 15 plus years experience training at the Village at DC Ranch and prior to that 24 hour Fitness. The Posture Scan will be followed up with a one hour outdoor group training session for up to 6 individuals. The training session will focus on teaching the flexion / extension concept for mobility and introduce the FX BOOM fitness system.
