The 2015 Tony Award®-winner for Best Musical Revival, THE KING AND I, visited the Aronoff in April 2018. The Rodgers & Hammerstein classic, directed by Bartlett Sher, is set in 1860’s Bangkok. It tells the story of the unconventional and tempestuous relationship that develops between the King of Siam and the British schoolteacher he brought in to teach his many wives and children.
