Celebrity Chef John Reis, Executive Chef at the Hilton Harrisburg has over 30 years of fine-dining experience. He has been recognized locally and nationally for his award winning culinary skills. Customize your evening menu with the expertise of the skilled Chef Reis to include appetizers and a four course meal.
Special Instructions
Dinner date and time are based on availability of the Chef. Auction item must be used by November 17, 2019. In-home dinner event will be coordinated though Megan Strausbaugh, HSHA’s Director of Marketing. Dinner does not include alcoholic beverages, but pairing suggestions can be made through Chef Reis.
If the final purchase price is above $3,500.00 Chef Reis will include paired wines for the event.
Online auction lots can be picked up at the Fur Ball Gala on November 17, 2018 or pickup arrangements can be made through HSHA's Director of Marketing, Megan Strausbaugh. Please email Megan at megans@humanesocietyhbg.org if you prefer to pick up your items.
