The winner of this item will receive one complete, weekday, outdoor professional photo session at one of many scenic locations throughout the DFW area. Recipient will also receive a collection of three prints (1-8x10 and 2-5x7) from the winner's favorite image of the session.

Session must be completed by April 30, 2019. Certificate can be won and redeemed by Mitchell families only!
* Certificate redeemable for a complete family photo session only. Sessions
can last up to one hour, though most sessions are wrapped up in less time.
Certificate cannot be redeemed for a "mini-session" or a "we just need one
photo" type of session. If the client is 20 minutes late for the session, it will be cancelled without exception and will not be rescheduled.
**This certificate may be redeemed for a Friday session with the payment of a $159 session fee. The same mix of auction-winning prints and discounts on additional purchases after the session would still be available with the payment of this fee. Saturday and Sunday sessions are
NOT available.
*** 2 to 100 family members OK! The session must include a child or children
related to the purchaser of this auction package. The certificate cannot be
redeemed for a session which includes only one person (no matter what age)
or for a session which includes only an adult couple without any children,
grandchildren, etc. The winner of this auction package and/or the spouse or
partner of the winner of this auction package must be present at the session,
even if not intending to be included in the photos themselves. The certificate
cannot be transferred (even to other family members). The certificate may not
be used in a way contrary to that intended with the donation of a family photo
session (including but not limited to engagement/maternity photos, senior
portraits, event photography, commercial photography, etc.).
**** Auction winners must contact Kevin James McCrea Photography with
enough time before the certificate expires to ensure that they can reserve a
time on the schedule. Merely contacting the photographer for the first time a
few weeks before the certificate expires does not extend the expiration date if
the certificate holder is unable to meet at any of the remaining times available
on the photographer’s schedule. Availability on any specific date (especially
around major holidays) cannot be guaranteed. If an auction-winning session
scheduled with less than 30 days before the expiration date is cancelled
because of weather, the expiration date will automatically be extended by
one month.
Winter Break: The last available date in 2018 for redeeming this certificate is
December 6, and the first available date in 2019 for redeeming this certificate
is February 19.
This certificate cannot be redeemed for a session held at the auction winner's
home or a location not among the many public parks at which the
photographer typically holds his sessions.
One certificate per family or household. No individual (whether a child or an
adult) may be included in more than one auction-winning photo session with
Kevin James McCrea Photography in any 72-month period, regardless of
whether more than one auction package is purchased by any individual
and/or family. Rescheduling fee of $99 required if session cancelled less than
24 hours’ notice before scheduled time. Specializing in outdoor photography,
Kevin James McCrea Photography does not have a studio for indoor photos
and holds all auction-winning photo sessions outside in non-covered settings.
Price sheet effective at the time of the session, not at the time of the auction,
will be used for any additional purchases after the session.
