The heater is 150,000 BTU input and a 120,000 output of heating. It is powered by a 115 volt circuit. It has spark ignition and needs to be vented with 5” metal flue pipe. The fan has 55’ of throw. This unit can be converted to propane with the purchase of a propane conversion kit. The heater was purchased in February 2018 and removed from service July 2018. The reason it was removed from service is because there was a heat/AC package unit installed in its place.  These came out of the fitness center.  New price is $980.
