Enjoy a bourbon twist on the popular Paloma cocktail!  Basket includes Jim Beam Black, Club Soda (4), Starbucks Tumblers (2), grapefruit and limes.

Ingredients:

Juice from 1/2 grapefruit
juice from 1/2 lime
juice from 1/2 blood orange
1 ounce simple syrup
3 ounces bourbon
club soda
ice
pink or regular sea salt
 

Instructions:

In a small pitcher combine the grapefruit, lime, and blood orange juices.
Stir in the simple syrup.
Fill two collins glasses with ice and pour 1 1/2 ounces of bourbon in each. Divide the juice between the two glasses and stir using a cocktail stirrer.
Top with club soda and a pinch of coarse pink salt before serving.
Makes 2 cocktails.
