The Breathworks Online Mindfulness for Health course is a teacher-guided 8-week mindfulness and compassion course to give you the tools and skills to live well with a chronic pain or health condition.
The programme is a mix of mindfulness and meditation instruction, a supportive mindful movement practice, and modern pain management strategies. It was created and refined by Vidyamala Burch, a world-expert on Mindfulness-Based Pain Management. She made it her life’s mission to share these life-changing techniques, having suffered herself from severe chronic pain and health complications following two major spinal injuries. It has been supported by a great deal of subsequent research, and changed the lives of thousands of people.
